Jean works with organizations to design, develop and deliver comprehensive leadership development programs.

 

Phases Include:

Preliminary Research: Review of the organizations Strategic Plan, Leadership Initiatives and other pertinent documentation. This phase also includes interviews with key individuals and stakeholders.
Design and Development of the Content and Process: Incorporation of core content identified in previous phase with scenarios, materials and statements specific to the organization.
Delivery: Interactive discussions including case work and assignments utilizing theories and applications.
Evaluation and follow up: Interviews and testing would ensure participants understanding of material and application of tools and techniques into their day-to-day work environment.
Outcomes:

Core content would be covered in 6 to 10 modules scheduled at the convenience of the organization at a location of their choosing.
